The Institute for the State and the Law at the BAS and the scientific jury for the award of the educational and scientific degree of “doctor” announce the following change to the date and venue announced on 12.03.2020 for the public defence of the dissertation on the topic “The Administrative Law Regime of Cross-Border Healthcare” by Nadezhda Petrova Slavcheva – doctoral student in independent study at the ISL, doctoral programme Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure, professional field 3.6. Law, area of higher education 3. Social, Economic and Legal Sciences

New date: 15 June 2020 (Monday) at 13:00.

Venue: “Acad. Ivan Evstratiev Geshov” Hall, in the BAS building, located at: 15 Noemvri Street, Sofia

The change has been made in accordance with § 24 of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Act on the Measures and Actions during the State of Emergency and Order No. 287/30.05.2020, item 6, of the Minister of Education.
