Scientific Publications

The Institute for the State and the Law publishes the peer-reviewed journal Pravna Misal (Legal Thought) and the annual periodical Scientific Papers of the Institute for the State and the Law. It also regularly releases proceedings from academic conferences organized by the Institute. A prominent position among them is held by the proceedings of the annual National Conference of Doctoral Students in Law. Published continuously as a dedicated volume since 2017, it provides a vital platform for emerging legal scholars.
