Scientific Papers of the Institute for the State and the Law

Since 2003, the Institute has published the yearbook “Scientific Papers of the Institute for the State and the Law” (ISSN 1314-6459). It features scholarly studies by researchers from the Institute. The greater length of the contributions allows authors to conduct a detailed, comprehensive and in-depth scholarly analysis of the issues they investigate.

Manuscripts must be formatted in accordance with the submission guidelines applied by the journal Pravna Misal (Legal Thought). All submissions are subject to peer review by the Editorial Board, consisting of:

The volume is published annually at the end of each calendar year. Hard copies can be purchased directly from the Institute for the State and the Law via bank transfer. The electronic version is easily accessible through CEEOL (Central and East European Online Library).

The volume is included in the National Reference List of Contemporary Bulgarian Peer-Reviewed Scientific Publications, maintained by the National Centre for Information and Documentation under the Ministry of Education and Science.
