Public defence of a dissertation by Margarita Ilieva Balabanova

In view of the worsened epidemic situation in Sofia, associated with the rapid increase in the number of COVID-19 cases, the Institute for the State and the Law at BAS and the scientific jury for the award of the educational and scientific degree "Doctor" announce that the open session for the defence of the dissertation on the topic "Company Share in a Limited Liability Company" by Margarita Ilieva Balabanova, a full-time doctoral student at ISL, doctoral programme "Economic / Commercial Law", professional field 3.6. Law, field of higher education 3. Social, Economic and Legal Sciences, announced for 20 November 2020 (Friday) at 15.00, will be held online via the Microsoft Teams platform.
