Competition for the academic position of "Chief Assist. Prof." in professional field 3.6. Law

The Institute for the State and the Law at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences announces a competition for the academic position in the area of higher education 3. Social, Economic and Legal Sciences, professional field 3.6. Law, for: Chief Assist. Prof. – one position, in International Law and International Relations, for the needs of the Department of International Law.

The announcement was published in the State Gazette, issue 17 of 23 February 2018.

The candidate for "Chief Assist. Prof." must meet the following requirements (Art. 69, para. 3 of the Regulations on the Conditions and Procedure for Acquiring Scientific Degrees and Holding Academic Positions at the ISL-BAS):

- to hold the educational and scientific degree "Doctor of Law", to have at least three years of professional experience in the specialty and at least five publications in specialised scientific journals.

Candidates for participation in the competition submit an application for admission, accompanied by the following documents (Art. 69, para. 4):

1. 1. curriculum vitae in the European format;
   2. diploma for the educational and scientific degree "Doctor of Law";
   3. medical certificate;
   4. criminal record certificate;
   5. certificate of at least three years of professional experience in the specialty;
   6. list of publications and applied research works and list of citations.

Deadline for submission of documents – two months from the date of publication in the State Gazette. Documents are accepted at the registry of the ISL-BAS, Sofia, 4 Serdika Street, 3rd floor, tel. 02/987 4902.
