Dear colleagues,
On the occasion of the seventieth birthday of Prof. Emil Konstantinov, PhD, the Institute for the State and the Law at the BAS plans to publish a jubilee volume. Prof. Emil Konstantinov, PhD, is an eminent scholar in the field of legal sciences, a former Director of the ISL – BAS, Chair of the Scientific Council of the Institute, a judge at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, and a longstanding lecturer at various higher education institutions in Bulgaria and abroad.
We kindly invite you to contribute your articles and studies to this volume, which is expected to be printed by the end of 2018. Those wishing to contribute are requested to send their articles and studies to the representative of the editorial board, Assoc. The publication requirements must comply with the requirements of the journal Legal Thought, which are available on the ISL website.
