invites doctoral students, post-doctoral researchers and young scholars in law to participate in the 13th National Conference of Doctoral Students, Post-doctoral Researchers and Young Scholars in the Field of Legal Sciences

30 June – 2 July 2023, Sofia, Gorna Banya Hotel

The Institute for the State and the Law at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences has the pleasure of inviting doctoral students, post-doctoral researchers and young scholars in law to take part in the 13th National Conference of Doctoral Students, Post-doctoral Researchers and Young Scholars in the Field of Legal Sciences. The conference will be held in person from 30 June to 2 July 2023 in Sofia, at the Gorna Banya Hotel. Check-in is on 30 June 2023 and departure on 2 July 2023. Registration of participants will take place from 13:30 to 14:00 on 30.06.2023. The opening of the conference and the first session will take place on 30.06.2023 (Friday) at 14:30. Those wishing to participate may send their application by 15.06.2023 (Thursday). The time for presenting papers is 10 minutes. The papers should be up to 10 pages in length. The papers presented will be reviewed by the members of the editorial board before being published in a volume.

During the conference, training in "Methodology of Legal Research" will be delivered by Assoc. Prof. Ekaterina Salkova, PhD.

The fee consists of two components, each of which must be paid separately by 15 June 2023, as described below:

1. For the participation fee of BGN 80.00 – to the account of the ISL (2 copies of the volume are included):

1. For accommodation at the Gorna Banya Hotel, 1a Perunika St., Sofia 1614: 

Per night: BGN 67 (double room with a terrace), BGN 58 (single room – without a terrace), BGN 50 (standard single room);

BGN 12 (breakfast, optional), BGN 15 (3 coffee breaks).

All the amounts stated above are payable on site. Meals are on a self-service basis.
