8th National Conference of Doctoral Students in the Field of Legal Sciences

The Institute for the State and the Law at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences organised and held the 8th National Conference of Doctoral Students in the Field of Legal Sciences. The conference took place from 16 to 18 June 2018 at the National Training Centre of the Bulgarian Red Cross in Lozen, near Sofia. Like all seven previous conferences, it again became a forum bringing together doctoral students from all fields of law, both from the ISL and from higher education institutions. The doctoral students presented their current research in papers, followed by fruitful and in-depth discussions, skilfully guided by the moderators – scholars from the ISL. The conference reinforced its reputation as a traditional forum at which doctoral students can present and compare their research results while receiving constructive criticism and advice from their colleagues and the moderators.
The results of the conference will be published in a dedicated volume.
