Prof. Tsvetana Kamenova, DSc, has passed away. She was long-standing Director of the Institute for the State and the Law (1995–2006 and 2012 – September 2016), an eminent specialist in the field of private international law and public international law, and an ad litem judge at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. We bow our heads in her memory.
