The Institute for the State and the Law at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences has the pleasure of inviting you to the public lecture by Prof. Darina Zinovieva, DSc, entitled "Disregard of a Lower-Ranking Norm by an Administrative Authority".
The lecture will be held within the framework of the Permanent Seminar of the Scholars and Doctoral Students at the Institute for the State and the Law at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
