Fourth National Conference of Doctoral Students in the Field of Legal Sciences
Dear Colleagues,
The Institute for the State and the Law at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences has the pleasure of informing you that it is organising the Fourth National Conference of Doctoral Students in the Field of Legal Sciences and of inviting the doctoral students of your faculty to take part in it. The idea of the conference is to give doctoral students in the field of legal sciences from all law faculties in the country the opportunity to exchange their thoughts and views in a broader collegial environment, in order to seek points of contact between the scientific specialties and to generate effective and applicable solutions in the field of legal sciences, which would highlight the link between the work of young researchers and the concrete benefits for society.
The conference will be held on 24 June 2014 in the halls of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences – Sofia, 1 15 Noemvri Street (opposite the building of the National Assembly). Applications for participation and abstracts of the papers will be accepted until 10 June 2014. The presentation of each paper may last up to 10 minutes. The accepted papers presented at the conference will be published in a special issue of the collection "Scientific Works of the Institute for the State and the Law at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences". The papers should be up to 12 standard pages in length, and the requirements for their formatting are attached in a separate file. The deadline for submission of the papers is the end of June 2014.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE FORMATTING OF THE PAPERS
for participants in the IV National Conference of Doctoral Students in the Field of Legal Sciences – 24 June 2014, Sofia
1. Length of up to 12 standard typewritten pages (1,800 characters), including footnotes inserted using the software. The papers must be submitted in hard copy and in electronic form.
