I N V I T A T I O N

The Institute for the State and the Law at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences is organising the Third National Conference of Doctoral Candidates in the Field of Legal Sciences. The aim of the conference is to give doctoral candidates working in different areas of law the opportunity to present and discuss with their colleagues the problems they are addressing and the results of their research, as well as to exchange views and ideas for new research projects. Each participant will have the opportunity to give a brief presentation of their paper of up to 10 minutes. The full text of the paper will be published in the collection "Scientific Works of the Institute for the State and the Law".

We are pleased to invite doctoral candidates from the Institute for the State and the Law at BAS, as well as from the law faculties, departments and centres of higher education institutions in the country, to take part in the conference, which will be held on 13 June 2013, Thursday, at 09.30 in Sofia, in the BAS building at 1 "15 Noemvri" Street (next to National Assembly Square) – large hall, 1st floor.

Applications for participation and the proposed topics of the papers should be sent to Ms Svetlana Kutsovska by 31 May 2013 at e-mail ipn_ban@bas.bg or to the address: Institute for the State and the Law at BAS, 4 "Serdika" Street, Sofia 1000. The deadline for submitting papers for publication (up to 15 standard pages, Times New Roman font, 1,800 characters per page) is 21 June 2013.
