Topic "The Bulgarian Consumer in European Conditions"
On 15 March 2016 the Institute for the State and the Law at BAS was a co-organiser of a round table on the topic "The Bulgarian Consumer in European Conditions". It was held at Plovdiv University "Paisii Hilendarski", jointly with the Law Association for Legal Aid to Consumers. The discussion was chaired by the Director of the ISL, Prof. Tsvetana Kamenova, DSc. The main reports were presented by the Ombudsman of the Republic, Ms Maya Manolova, and Adv. Madlen Kavrakova, Doctor of Law.
Lecturers and students from the Faculty of Law of Plovdiv University attended, as well as many citizens. In this way World Consumer Rights Day was marked.
