Competition for the academic position of "Chief Assist. Prof." in professional field 3.6. Law

The Institute for the State and the Law at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences announces a competition for the academic position of Chief Assistant Professor – one position, in Civil Procedure, in area of higher education 3. Social, Economic and Legal Sciences, professional field 3.6. Law, for the needs of the Department of Civil Law.

The announcement was published in the State Gazette, issue 30 of 09.04.2019.

The candidate for "Chief Assistant Professor" must meet the following requirements (Art. 69, para. 3 of the Regulations on the Conditions and Procedure for Acquiring Scientific Degrees and Holding Academic Positions at the ISL at BAS):

to hold the educational and scientific degree "Doctor of Law", to have at least three years of professional experience in the specialty and at least five publications in specialised scientific publications.

Candidates for participation in the competition submit an application for admission, accompanied by the following documents (Art. 69, para. 6):

1. 1. curriculum vitae in the European format;

1. 2. diploma for the educational and scientific degree "Doctor of Law";

1. 3. medical certificate;

1. 4. criminal record certificate;

1. 5. certificate of at least three years of professional experience in the specialty;

1. 6. list of publications and applied research works and list of citations;

2. 7. statement of compliance with the minimum national requirements under Art. 2b, paras 2 and 3 of the ADASRB, and respectively with the requirements of the ISL, accompanied by the relevant evidence.

Deadline for submission of documents – two months from the date of publication in the State Gazette. Documents are accepted at the registry of the ISL at BAS, Sofia, 4 Serdika Street, floor 3, tel. 02/987 4902.
