The book "LEGISLATION ON ACADEMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA" (337 pp.) has been published

The authors are scholars from BAS – Prof. Darina Zinovieva, PhD, Assoc. Prof. Ekaterina Salkova, PhD, and Assist. Prof. Hristo Banov – and Assoc. Prof. Zhivko Draganov, DSc, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE).

In addition to the scientific and practical issues developed by the authors, the book contains a collection of normative acts in two parts – the acts applicable to procedures opened and not completed by 3 May 2018 (I.) and to procedures opened thereafter (II.).

The book will be of great use to members of scientific juries, candidates for academic positions, doctoral students and those acquiring scientific degrees, heads of universities, scientific organisations, institutes, faculties, departments and other scientific units, and all members of the academic staff in the Republic of Bulgaria.
