From 19.09.2016 Prof. Irena Ilieva, PhD, has been appointed Acting Director of the Institute for the State and the Law (Art. 259, para. 1 of the Labour Code, Art. 43, para. 4 in conjunction with Art. 43, para. 1, item 1 of the Statute of BAS) until the procedure for the election of a director has been held and successfully completed.
