Acad. Yu. Revalski received a delegation from the People's Republic of China on 9 October 2023 within the framework of a bilateral project with the Institute for the State and the Law

On 9 October 2023, the President of BAS, Acad. Yulian Revalski, received the delegation from the Institute of European Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). It consisted of Prof. Jia Ruixia (project leader); Prof. Kong Tianping (Deputy Director of the Institute of European Studies); Chen Xiyan (Assistant, Research Fellow); Zhang Chenyang (Assistant, PhD) and Han Meng (Assistant, Research Fellow, PhD).

The visit takes place within the framework of the joint project between the ISL and the Institute of European Studies on the topic "Bulgaria and China in the Eurasian Connectivity Projects". Part of the Bulgarian project team took part in the meeting, headed by Prof. Irena Ilieva, PhD – Director of the ISL, Assoc. Prof. Mariana Tien, PhD, and Chief Assist. Prof. Deyan Dimitrov, PhD. Also present were Mr Ning and Mr Guo – Second Secretaries for Science and Technology at the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Bulgaria.
