The Institute for the State and the Law at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and the Scientific Jury for the award of the educational and scientific degree "Doctor" announce that on 15 November 2016 (Tuesday) at 13.00 in the Great Meeting Hall of the ISL – BAS, 4 Serdika Street, ground floor, Sofia, a public session of the Scientific Jury will be held for the defence of a dissertation on the topic:

"Constitutional Aspects of the Right to Non-Discrimination. Protection Mechanisms" by Blagoy Todorov Deliev, part-time doctoral student at the ISL at the BAS in the doctoral programme Constitutional Law of the Republic of Bulgaria, professional field 3.6. Law, area of higher education 3. Social, Economic and Legal Sciences, for the award of the educational and scientific degree "Doctor" at the Institute for the State and the Law at the BAS.
