1. 2019 – PhD Degree in Criminal law
2. 2018 – 2019: PhD program Criminal Law (dissertation “Crimes against the rights of citizens”) - University of Ruse "Angel Kanchev".
3. 2000 – 2006: Master’s Degree in Law - University of National and World Economy of Law. She is awarded a diploma "Master-A student of class 2006 in Law".
4. In 2000 she is received also a diploma from The Minister of Education and Science for outstanding performance and contribution to the development of philosophical science.
5. 1996 – 2000: Secondary education - I School "Pencho Slaveykov"-Sofia. She is awarded a diploma "Top of your class in I School "Pencho Slaveykov"-Sofia".

1. 2020 – Present: Chief Assistant Professor of Criminal Law – Institute for Legal Studies, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Department of Criminal Law.
2. 2008 – 2020: Assistant Professor of Criminal Law - Institute for Legal Studies, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Department of Criminal Law. 
3. 2011 – 2019: Senior Advisor in "BDZ-Cargo" Ltd.
4. 2010 – 2011: Lawyer at Sofia Bar Association.
5. 2006 – 2008: Director of Human Resources Management in Metal Constructions - Holding EAD.
6. 2007 – 2008: Member of the Board of Directors of "SMP Metal Constructions" EAD.
7. 2006 – 2006: Expert in the Law Department of the "Business Consulting and Support Agency Es Em Group" EOOD.

Membership in academic networks and professional organizations
She is a member of the Bulgarian Association of Criminology. 
She is also a member of the Institute for Political and Legal Studies. 


Social activities
1. She participates in the preparation on behalf of the Section of Criminal Law at the IDP of BAS of statements on interpretative cases of the Supreme Court of Cassation.
2. She actively participates in scientific seminars and conferences on criminal law.
3. She actively participated in the public and professional discussions of the project for a new Penal Code of the Republic of Bulgaria in 2014. In this regard, she participated with an opinion at a meeting of the Committee on Legal Affairs in the National Assembly on 24.06.2014, at which a discussion of the draft of a new Penal Code was held with representatives of the professional legal community
4. She participated in the three conferences on pardons and crime held in 2012 and in 2013 under the auspices of the Vice President of the Republic of Bulgaria Ms. Margarita Popova.
5. She is a member of the Commission on Labor Legislation at the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation at the Council of Ministers from 05.10.2016 to the present.
6. She is a legal advisor in a nationally representative organization of employers Union for Business Initiative from 05.10.2016 to the present.
